Our Team... Daniel Alexander Prior to co-founding Cambridge Light, Dan was the Portfolio Manager at idealab!, an internet incubator. Previously, he was a Principal at TCG, an affiliate of Soros Fund Management, where he managed technology venture investments. Earlier, Dan managed BMW’s venture capital, strategic partnership and acquisition activities in North America. He has been a Partner at PaineWebber Ventures and was an investment officer at Memorial Drive Trust. Dan’s consulting experience includes both McKinsey & Company and Data Resources, Inc. Dan has an A.B. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Eugene E. Pettinelli Gene is a co-founder of Cambridge Light and has extensive experience in new venture formation and operations having served as a director of a dozen early and middle stage companies and as a member of the management team for startup companies. Previously, Gene worked at Fairfield Venture Partners, American Research and Development, and the Mitre Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with High Distinction from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. |
